You can change the shipping address for AncestryDNA® kits that haven't shipped.
- In the top-right corner of Ancestry®, click your profile and select Account Settings.
- Scroll to the Order History section and select View order history.
- To the right of the order number of an unshipped AncestryDNA kit, select View order details.
- Select Update Address.
If you don’t see this option, please contact us for help, as the kit may have already shipped. For tracking information, see Tracking a DNA Kit. - Enter the new shipping address and select Update. Your order will be shipped to the updated address, but the address on your invoice will remain unchanged.
