Confirm that the email address we have on file is correct by visiting your Account settings page.
When an email provider rejects multiple emails from us, we remove that email address from our mailing list. To make sure you're signed up to receive emails, visit your Communications settings page.
Make sure Ancestry® isn't blocked
If we have the correct email address, you're signed up for emails, and you're still not getting emails from Ancestry, there might be a problem with your email.
- Make sure your email inbox and storage aren’t full
- Check your spam (junk) folder for our emails
- Make sure your email program isn't blocking us
- Add us to your safe-senders list: *.ancestry.com and *.ancestry.co.uk
If you still have problems or need help with the above steps, contact your email provider for assistance.
Try a different email address
If you’re still not receiving emails, change the email address you use on Ancestry®. If you don’t have another email address to use, create one for free.
Once your email address on Ancestry is changed, you should start receiving emails from Ancestry at your new address.
